HM-1000E/1200E/1400E Collapsible Box Assembly Machine

The high-speed box cover and side wing making machine is a state-of-the-art collapsible box forming system developed from our years of expertise in rigid box gluing, positioning, and hardcover machinery. It is designed primarily for producing precise side wings in collapsible boxes.

The machine features a dual stacking platform and dual feeder system, along with widened gluers and conveyor belts. Side wings are positioned and fed simultaneously from both sides, where a robotic arm performs quick grasping. Equipped with a dual-camera visual positioning system, servo-driven vertical edge and edge wrapping mechanisms, and pneumatic corner pinching, it also integrates leveling, indentation, and material collection functions—allowing it to automatically complete side wing edge wrapping with high consistency.

Operated via PLC and a human-machine interface, the system includes a camera tracing module for automatic feeding and gluing of cover paper and greyboard spotting. Key components such as the feeder, gluer, and conveyor are driven by high-performance servo motors, enabling continuously variable transmission with high accuracy, easy adjustment, and operational efficiency. The spotting unit utilizes a camera tracing system and robotic arm to pick and position greyboard, achieving spotting accuracy within ±0.05mm and significantly faster spotting and adjustment cycles. Additional color code inspection and servo correction before edge wrapping further enhance product precision and quality, fully meeting stringent customer requirements.
