Automatic Collar Wrapping Machine is an automatic equipment for box collar and forming process. It is suitable to make various types of rigid box collars in mass production, such as jewelry boxes, mobile phone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, etc. The maximum can be 400mmx300mmx150mm which covers a larger range compared to the previous machines and meets better to the market’s requirements.
HM-WK420 adopts PLC and man-machine control, it can automatically feed cover paper, glue paper, spot greyboard, flip greyboard, edge wrapping, fold in corner edges and form collar.
The feeder, the gluer and the conveyor are driven by servo which has continuously variable transmission and enjoy high accuracy, easy adjusting, and high efficiency.
Double color conveyor can avoid changing to other color belt, which is Hongming’ s patent. The spot unit adopts servo and electric eye to improve spotting accuracy and efficiency. The forming unit employs THK Linear slider and virtual cam driving system, guaranteeing the stable quality and fluent movement and enlarge the folding-in depth and corner edges.
